NetSuite’s Enterprise Accounting Software Solution Named Number One for 2010

NetSuite’s Enterprise Accounting Software solution is named number one for by 2010 by UK customers.  Over eight thousand UK customers (end-users and buyers) voted on a plethora of Enterprise Accounting Software solutions.  The criteria was based on functionality, ease of use, reliability, and cost versus value.  NetSuite’s Enterprise Accounting Software solution is part of their OneWorld product.  NetSuite’s OneWorld is a global business management and financial solution best suited for medium sized organizations.  NetSuite’s OneWorld offers multi-currency functionality, multi-taxation functionality, multi-reporting functionality, multi-national functionality and multi-subsidiary functionality.  And, NetSuite’s OneWorld was the first on-demand real-time SaaS (Software as a Service) Enterprise Accounting Software solution on the market.  This solution is considered inexpensive when compared to on-site proprietary Enterprise Accounting Software solutions.  NetSuite’s OneWorld is accredited by the German Institute of Auditors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  NetSuite is no novice in the awards category.  In 2008, NetSuite received multiple awards for their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution.   And, Customer Interaction Solutions magazine (a CRM based publication) named NetSuite’s CRM solution as the “Product of the Year” for 2010.

Awards like these don’t necessarily sell products.  However, they provide marketing for ERP, CRM, and Enterprise Accounting Software solution vendors.  And, we all know that good marketing techniques help sell products.  Winning these awards helps to back the integrity of the products by having current customers and end-users to vote.  Everyone wants a reputable vendor with a reputable solution and winning an award like the ones mentioned above makes vendors more reputable.  While a NetSuite solution may not work for the size or your organization, the type of organization you run, or your specific organizational needs, it’s worth taking the time to explore NetSuite and the products they offer.  It would be to your advantage to demo NetSuite’s products along with any other vendor’s products that you are interested in purchasing.  Whichever solution you select, make sure it suits your organization’s unique business needs.  Don’t forget to consider the type of solution that will work best with your business.  A web-based solution like the one offered by NetSuite isn’t for everyone.  Some organizations want and need on-site solutions.  Typically, larger organizations select on-site solutions and small and medium sized organizations are more apt to select a web-based hosted solution.
