In this article we are going to discuss some of the best Enterprise Accounting Software solutions that will cost you around four thousand dollars.  First up on our list is a company called Intacct.  Intacct offers a cloud computing or SaaS (Software as a Service) Enterprise Accounting Software solution that will cost you four thousand eight hundred dollars per year.  This solution is best suited to small and medium size businesses.  Inacct’s solution has the following software modules; Financials and Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing , Inventory, Revenue Management, Order Management, Financial Consolidations, Multi-Currency Management, Reporting and Dashboards, Bank Reconciliation, Budget Management, AvaTax for Intacct, Consolidations, and Project Accounting.  Intacct modules also offer integration with Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and offer credit card processing functionality.

Epicor offers an Enterprise Accounting Software solution called Epicor Financial Management.  This solution can be run on Windows, Unix, or Linux.  And, this solution is offered as an on-site solution, web-based solution, or hosted solution.  The modules included in Epicor Financial Management are; Financial Management, Service Management, Production Management, Product Data Management, Sales Management, Master Data Management, Planning and Scheduling, CRM, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Compliance Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM).  This solution will cost anywhere from four thousand dollars to over half a million dollars depending on the scope of the implementation, the size of the customer, the number of customizations, and the number of users.

Sage offers two Enterprise Accounting Software solutions.  These solutions are called Sage ERP Accpac and Simply Accounting by Sage.  Sage ERP AccPac will cost you anywhere from two thousand dollars to one hundred thousand dollars depending on the scope of the implementation, the size of the customer, and the number of users.  This solution is a web-based solution.   Simply Accounting by Sage supports twenty concurrent users or less and is a great solution for growing businesses.  You can purchase Simply Accounting by Sage for fifteen hundred to six thousand dollars.

Our last Enterprise Accounting Software solution is offered by NetSuite.  This solution is called NetSuite Financials.  NetSuite Financials is a web-based SaaS solution for medium sized customers.  NetSuite’s Finacials solution includes the following modules; Financials, Sales Force Automation, Order Fulfillment, Support Management, Inventory Management, Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics, Marketing, Purchasing and Vendor Management, Partner Relationship Management, Time and Billing, and Employee Management and Payroll.  This solution will cost you five hundred dollars per month plus one hundred dollars per user per month.
