Open Source Enterprise Document Management Software Solutions – Part two

Dotnetnuke offers an open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution based on MS ASP.net.  Dotnetnuke provides a few different products.  These products are the Profession Edition, the Enterprise Edition, and the Community Edition.  These solutions provide document management functionality for all sized businesses.

Easypublisher is an open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution based on Zope.  This object-oriented solution is flexible to adjust to your company’s needs.  Easypublished originated in Sweden.eZ publish is an open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution from Norway.  Product demos are available on the ez website.  eZpublish is user friendly and offers a flexible solution.Mambo is a European based open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution.  There is a free demo on the Mambo website.  Mambo was a recipient of the Open Source Content Management System Award in 2007.Midgard is a PHP based Enterprise Document Management Software solution.  Midgard recently released their latest version of their Enterprise Document Management Software solution called Midgard 2 10.05.  Midgard is a PHP, C, Python, and Objective-C based solution.

MMbase offers an open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution called CMS Container.  The latest version of CMS Container is called CMS Container 1.8.6.  This solution will enable you to manage content for websites. mySource offers an open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution originating from Australia.  This solution is called Squiz CMS.  Squiz CMS is offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. OpenCMS is an open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution that is Java and XML based.  This solution originates from Germany.  OpenCMS is provided by a company called Alkacon Software.  This solution is user-friendly.phpCMS is another open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution that originates from Germany.  This solution is php based.  phpCMS is a non-commercial flexible product that is savvy enough to handle large and small volumes.

Postnuke is another php based open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution.  Postnuke is a flexible solution that originated in 2001.  Postnuke is for commercial and non-commercial use.  Redhat is an open source Enterprise Document Management Software solution that is Java, Oracle, and UNIX based.  Redhat offers s few different solutions along with training courses and support services.  Redhat has offices in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and of course the Americas.
