ERP Human Resource Software Solutions

Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP software solutions typically offer a human resource module.  When we refer to ERP human resource software, we are talking about the module or grouping of human resource functionality that is part of an Enterprise Resource Planning solution.  Not all ERP solutions have human resource software.  Those solutions with a human resource module don’t always sell that functional grouping without the entire ERP software solution.  So, in this article all of the ERP human resource software solutions we discuss are those that can be purchased as an individual module.

Sage Solutions is an ERP vendor that offers an ERP human resource software solution called Sage Accpac HRMS (human resource management system).  This solution is best suited to medium sized manufacturing businesses.  Sage Accpac HRMS provides comprehensive human resource functionality as well as robust reporting features.

PeopleSoft buyer, Oracle Corporation, offers a complete ERP human resource software solution called Oracle HRMS.  However, Oracle has nicknamed this solution “the complete recruit-to-retire process” solution.  Oracle HRMS is best suited to larger companies.

The last ERP human resource software solution we are going to discuss is offered by software giant Microsoft.  Microsoft’s ERP human resource solution is called Microsoft Axapta Human Resource Management.  Microsoft Axapta Human Resource Management prides themselves by offering career development functionality, which is more unique than common.  This solution is suited to any industry.
