Keylink IT Solution International
Keylink IT Solution International is a leading Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP vendor in Saudi Arabia. Keylink was founded in 1998 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This Saudi Arabian ERP vendor offers all types of software solutions. Keylink’s Enterprise Resource Planning solution is called Atlast ERP, which was first released in 2000. Atlast ERP was developed on Oracle technology and uses an Oracle database. In 2002, Keylink released a new version of Atlast ERP and in 2004 Keylink released POS (point of sale) functionality based on Saudi business needs. ATLAST ERP has been selected by many Saudi businesses. The majority of these businesses are in the following industries: • Machine Building • Equipment Building • Steel Fabrication • Shipbuilding • Construction • High-tech • Engineering The modules that make up Keylink’s ATLAST ERP solution are:
• General ledger • Inventory • Material Management • Sales Management • Distribution Management • Supplier Management • Purchase Management • Accounts Receivables • Human Resource Management • Finance Management • Maintenance
Besides ATLAST ERP, Keylink offers a solution called ATLAST Light. ATLAST Light is well suited to medium sized and small companies. While this solution offers less robust functionality than ATLAST ERP, it provides enough functionality for small and medium sized businesses with a big price tag. Other software solutions offered by Keylink are Medisoft and Medisoft Light. Keylink also offers a web based solution called KeyJeddah. This solution is an online business directory for Jeddah and is in Arabic. In the future, Keylink has plans to create a new generation of Enterprise Resource Planning software to suit multi-national company requirements. The solution will be called Infinity ERP. Keylink also has plans to create a solution called Infinity HMS, which will be a hospital management system. Keylink has several Saudi-based Enterprise Resource Planning competitors as well as European, American, and Canadian competitors. Some non-Saudi ERP vendors that have a big presence in the country are: • Oracle • SAP • Microsoft • Sage Enterprise • ACCPAC • Great Plains • IFS • Orion • QAD MFG Only time will tell how Keylink measures up to these European, American and Canadian vendors. For now, Keylink seems to be on track and quite successful. Keylink’s recent investment was in a development center in Cairo, Egypt, which is where development for the Infinity ERP and the Infinity HMS solutions will take place.
