ERP SoftwareAll About Counterpoint SoftwareCounterpoint Software, Inc., also called CSI, is a software and custom database vendor who offers two products; an Insurance Management Suite (IMS) of integrated modules and a municipal register of wills software system. The IMS application helps insurance management agencies process industry related data. The modules that make up the IMS application are all highly customizable. The municipal register of wills systems is made up of the following integrated components; probate management, marriage license management, marriage records management, orphans’ court management, inheritance tax functionality, finance management, cashier functionality, fee management, short certificate room management, index room management, and online probate by attorney submission management. The municipal register of wills systems solution helps municipal departments adjust to change rather rapidly. Many CSI applications are currently being used by government agencies, insurance companies, finance companies, claims companies, and incident reporting companies. The City of Philadelphia currently has plans to implement CSI’s applications for online e-Probate filing, marriage record management, marriage license management, probate management, and inheritance tax management. The University of Pennsylvania has plans to implement CSI’s workflow and e-document solution. And, the Department of Homeland Security (Delaware Division of Communications) has hired CSI to develop a maintenance management system to manage fixed asset communication. Not only are CSI applications popular among state agencies, federal government agencies, and universities, but CSI has worked with several other types of businesses. CSI recently wrapped up a product with BMW of North America. CSI implemented a data management and reporting solution for the huge car commpany. This solution tracks customers (existing and future) for all automobile sales. The CSI solution has been implemented in more than two hundred and thirty BMW locations in North America. Another non-government agency that has employed CSI is called Zeneca Chemical. Zeneca Chemical worked with CSI to develop and implement a solution that tracks the movement of hazardous materials to and from a chemical warehouse. CSI offers consulting services, assessment and review services, architecture and design services, proof of concept services, custom software solutions and IT training services. CSI has been developing customized solutions for customers for over twenty years. CSI applications can be implemented on-site or customers can opt for a hosted web application. Hosted web applications are great for smaller sized organizations because there are no huge upfront investment costs. CSI has a hosting facility that is secure and reliable. CSI’s applications primarily run on SQL Server. |
