ERP Philippines gets support from abroad

The Philippines has a population of some 92 million. This Southeast Asian country is the 12th most populous in the world. Its businesses, government and organizations have a need for software support and they get that mostly through international software vendors, many of which are based in the USA. The software system of choice is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); and ERP Philippines gets support from a number of well-known software vendors. SAP, NetSuite, Lawson, Epicor, JeonSoft, Batchmaster … They’re all here in the Philippines because this is a big market with numerous Islands.

Folks in the Philippines have learned what others have elsewhere, that is how flexible and streamlined enterprise software is, and how it’s integrated platform of applications modules and tools can boost productivity. This is happening across the country with numerous and diverse companies. These include real estate firms like Phil Estate, develops Compounds and low to midsized housing projects throughout the country. They utilize enterprise for such tasks as accounting, sales, inventory, purchasing, and project management. Many companies are using the software as stand-alone applications, while others are having applications bundled together for greater effect.

The Philippines is a good example of a country whose business organizations and others have found transitioned from out of the box software to something more all-inclusive such as ERP Philippines which is just one software package that includes many applications. It helps staff to work closer together while processing tasks or administering projects. It’s popular because it gives everyone the same visibility of systems management. The accounting department is knows what’s happening in inventory, the purchasing department knows what is needed and when, the warehouse is aware of just-in-time deliveries. With this software, everybody is working from the same script.

Take AstroVision for example, it is the Philippines largest seller of games, videos and DVDs. This company has utilized enterprise software to integrate applications such as accounting, sales, inventory and purchasing. It has 25 branch stores in malls across the country and connects them all to its main office in Manila. This is just another example of working smart with enterprise software.

This software is also active in the manufacturing industry within the Philippines. Bestank Manufacturing Corporation uses ERP Philippines software for processing all of its transactions, as well as for accounting, purchasing, sales and service. It basically uses the software to run the company; as is the case with so many others.
