Coming in as the number three best selling ERP is Invensys.  Invensys is an England based ERP software provider that focuses on industrial automation, rail transportation and controls.  In October 2010 Invensys launched a new SaaS (Software as a Service) ERP product, which has been well received according to ERP software reviews.  Invensys’ ERP software is best suited for complex production facilities, offices and homes.
ABB automation screams number four!  ABB automation makes ERP software that is suited for the automotive industry, cement industry, chemical industry, consumer industry, distributors, electric utilities, foundry, life sciences, marine, metals, minerals and mining industries. 
Lucky number five goes to I2.  I2 makes ERP software suited for order fulfillment, sourcing and procurement, supply and demand, and transportation and distribution.


Intentia International takes sixth place.  Intentia International ERP software systems are best suited for the asset and maintenance industries, automotive industries, chemical distribution, enterprise asset management, fashion industries, food and beverage industries, furniture industries, life sciences, manufacturing, paper product service management and the steel industry.


Epicor offers the seventh best selling ERP software.  Epicor’s ERP software offers CRM (customer relationship management) functionality, manufacturing management functionality, financial functionality and inventory functionality.  Eipicor’s ERP software may be best suited for several different types of industries as the software can be tailored to fit any industry.  This ERP software can cost you anywhere from five thousand to five hundred thousand dollars according to ERP customer reviews.


Lawson Software ranks number eight for providing the best selling ERP software.  Lawson’s ERP software is suited for all industries according to ERP software reviews.  Lawson Software has been around since the 1970s and they offer support services, consulting services, implementation services, and training.


The race was on for the ninth spot, but QAD eked out the win.  QAD’s ERP software is best suited for the manufacturing industry.  QAD has been around since 1979.  QAD has good ERP software reviews in terms of customer service and support.
IFS Applications takes the tenth spot.  They are a smaller ERP vendor and have been around since 1983.  The ERP functionality they offer includes CRM, SCM (supply chain management), PLM (product lifecycle management), CPM (corporate performance management), EAM (enterprise asset management), and MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul) abilities.  IFS offers on-demand applications.  IFS is best suited for mid-size to large companies in the following industries; aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, construction, and the food and beverage industries.


Mapics is ranked at number eleven.  Mapics focuses on manufacturing, accounting and production information control systems.  Mapics was originally created by IBM.  Today they offer a customizable ERP product with an optional web-based interface that has been well received by the industry, according to ERP software reviews.
