How Foreign Market Fluctuations and Changes in the Industrial/ business Processes of the Target Country Affect a buyer’ s Decision to Choose Traditional ERP over SaaS Systems .Global ERP Deployment Requires Prompt and  Frequent Reevaluation of Data Analysis, Which SaaS erp does not Provide. So, an SaaS vendor’s level of technological expertise, and their degree of integration of innovative technological developments into their company functions as well as into their extensive global marketing operations, are other factors which a buyer should take into account, including the vendor’s skill at keeping up to date with current innovative technologies.

ERP over SaaS Systems

The Various Reasons Why SaaS ERP Solutions are not Adequate for Immediate Responses to Market Challenges:

The process of global data statistical analysis for companies interested in global as opposed to local ERP deployment and expansion, is determined by large number of variables which are subject to frequent fluctuations that require a prompt and reevaluation of data analysis and marketing strategy in accordance with any eventual change in the foreign target market, its industrial and business processes, and shifts in customer audience preferences arising as a result of these variations.

An SaaS erp solution is simply not adequate for immediate responses to market challenges when implementing and deploying ERP software solutions on a global scale. Another major problem with SaaS erp solutions is the fact that they rely entirely on the Internet for functionality and operability, so if the Internet is down there is very little that can be done. While traditional ERP systems are also run online, they do not rely entirely on the world wide web.

What Happens to Traditional ERP and SaaS ERP Solutions When the Internet is Down?
In case of an Internet shut down for some reason or other, as long as the users can access the software through their company's network (provided that the customer company offers that option) companies using traditional ERP solutions do not suffer any major consequences. The same cannot be said for SaaS erp solutions due to their limited potential for flexibility, scalability, compatibility, adaptability, and integration, and of course due to their intrinsic character, which makes it impossible for customers to have complete control and management of their SaaS erp solution which is run entirely online.

Some Advantages of SaaS Erp Systems- What are the Major benefits Offered by SaaS ERP Solutions?
Considering all the defects inherent in the very character and purpose of SaaS erp systems, the basic question a buyer should ask is what, exactly, is the major advantage of SaaS erp, then? One answer to this question may come from the various customer reviews found in blog sites and discussion forums including social media sites such as facebook and Twitter (which are, indisputably, valuable tools for promotion used widely and ever more frequently by professionals from every industry). According to one of these reviews, “the highest value of SaaS erp systems are their user interface and user experience.”

SaaS ERP Solutions are Cost-effective and Extremely User Friendly because They Have a Limited umber of ERP Applications and Minimal Functionality or Options for Global Market Operations. The above quote essentially means that SaaS erp systems are considered to be very user friendly with very little training necessary, and this is obvious considering the limited number of applications in SaaS erp solutions.
