Additional Observations Regarding the Introduction of Features by Social Media which Encourage “Friendliness” in the Industry and Promote a Closer Connection Between Erp software vendors and their Customer or Business Client Base.In connection to the widespread introduction of user options by Social Media sites like Twitter, which are meant to promote a high degree of personal interaction and “Friendliness” between vendor and customer, let us consider also the widespread use of video games by the most diverse industries to train the workforce, their customers, and make the work environment more enjoyable for both vendors and customers; their respective employees; and of course the managerial boards and the CEOs.

ERP Software Solutions

Further Considerations On the Multiple Advantages and Benefits Which Vendors of ERP Software Solutions and their Customers Can Derive by “Linking” or Connecting their Existing Accounts to the Various Popular Social Media Outlets (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, and others)- Including Blog Sites and Online Discussion Forums.(Part V)

This current trend also suggests an evolution towards a more “friendly” (in a very literal sense) vendor/customer-employer/employee relationship model; resulting in a more relaxed and stress-free environment which takes into account the needs of all parties, and is based on mutual support and more enjoyable social engagement and interaction.

The latter example obviously attests to the influence of erp software solutions in defining ERP systems as the biggest growing sector in the Internet Industry, due to the very fact that erp software systems are required to run online-based multi-purpose software and program platforms, and therefore erp systems are recognized by industry analysts as the best modern tools for e-commerce and online business not to mention many other applications.

In support of the above assertion, as we have seen in former articles erp software solutions are used even by video game companies- which happen to represent one of the biggest Industries on the global market - to run their online video games, which also have an extensive, wide global audience (see for example games like World of Warcraft, SPORE I and II, etc.).

This growing practice based on the use of video games also by sellers of erp software solutions to simulate the work environment and train employees and customers, also evinces this level of “friendliness” as the basis for carrying out business transactions, company operations, as well as improving employee and customer relations, in the process making the work environment not simply tolerable, but more enjoyable as well and- why not- fun, which is more than acceptable in a world where the current state of global affairs (and the planet) has intensified stress levels across all strata of society.

How Subscribing to as Many Multiple Social Media Sites as Possible and Blogs of Every Type can Increase the Benefits Derived by “Linking” Accounts for Companies Selling ERP Software Solutions.Another very important function of Twitter (proper also to MySpace, Facebook, blogs and other online community forums or discussion outlets) is that it allows the user to link or connect to other social networking and micro-blogging sites, both popular and less-known ones, through the online-based applications present in information or communication technology devices such as cell phones, Iphones, Ipads and so on, which can be used to deliver tweets via SMS (text messages) and also via the user's e-mail account- through which one can import and/or invite friends from other networks, and from the user's e-mail accounts.

This is a major benefit of the Link function, which if used efficiently can promote the visibility of an ERP company or their erp software solutions by, in fact promoting the linking process which is magnified and multiplies automatically through the various “sharing” options of the connected accounts.
