ERP SoftwareBusiness CRM SoftwareIn this day and age, customers are more informed than they ever have been. Long before making the commitment to buy a product, customers have done reading and online research to be sure he/she is receiving the best in product quality, product price, special offers, bonuses, maintenance warranties, and services. This means that a business that wants to attract customers and keep satisfied customers returning must know how to appeal to an informed consumer base. Implementing businesses CRM software is the best way to do this while improving customer satisfaction, increasing sales, offering specialized service, and boosting marketing performance. Business CRM Software (CRM is an acronym for Customer Relationship Management) is software that helps businesses develop and maintain a good relationship with customers. Business CRM Software makes it possible for the marketing and sales department of a business to maximize time and expertise in order to build a solid base of loyal, repeat customers. CRM software is designed to work with data revealing customer information and customer buying patterns in order to help a business find and gain new clients, keep current clients satisfied, attract former clients back, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service. Customer Relationship Management software helps companies with all three of the accepted tenets of business dealing with what customers value most. To begin with, customers value the product or service they are buying –is it the best available for what they want or need, does it have the latest features, is it of long lasting quality, etc. Then, they value the experience of purchasing that product or service –the ease of finding the product, the ease of finding someone to answer questions, the helpfulness of the seller if an items is out of stock, the flexibility of the seller if a sale item is sold out, the timeliness of the delivery, the warranties, etc. And, third is the price itself as it is measured against the first two. No customer wants to feel they paid more than a product is worth or, worse, that they could have found the same product for a lower price somewhere else. Recently, independent research firm Gartner reported survey findings that the Business CRM Software sector is the software niche that will experience the most growth this year. Almost half the companies that participated in this survey stated they expect to spend more of their software budget on CRM software in 2011, than on office suites or enterprise resource planning (ERP). And, this response can be directly correlated to the fact that Business CRM Software produces results. |
