We are in need of ERP Manager, Financial Planning/Compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant with a minimum of five years of equivalent on-the-job training
• Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, WORD, etc.
• Must be adept in the use and application of ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial and accounting software applications.
• Must have experience in analyzing processes and related internal controls
conversant in federal and state financial regulations, particularly internal control over financial reporting in accordance with SOX.
• Must have the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
Responsibility:
• Assists and supports the Controller with initial compliance and ongoing documentation,
testing and monitoring of conformance to SOX requirements for internal control over financial reporting.
• performs evaluations of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation.
• conducts ongoing SOX audits.
• assessing risk in terms of financial, operational and strategic controls.
• indentifies risk and evaluates deficiencies while working with internal departments to remedy them.
• communicates audit results and prepares reports disclosing all deficiencies to the Controller.
Facilitates internal training on SOX compliance.
