We are in need of ERP IT Manager - PeopleSoft HCM
Requirements:
- A baccalaureate degree
- Three to four years of professional level experience with PeopleSoft ERP applications
- Two to three years demonstrated experience in managing people and projects.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and relevant e-Applications
Responsbility:
- Manage and schedule technical resources and personnel
- Work in conjunction with functional management and users
- Perform analysis of enterprise business and technical requirements
- Serve as the primary technical expert for designated software applications,
- Perform highly technical, customized or specialized tasks
- Serve as liaison between users and functional administrators
- Develop business plan for team .
- Meet and consult regularly with users
