We are currently seeking an experienced PeopleSoft T&L/Absence Management Functional Specialist to join our It team.
Requirements:
- Should have an experienced Functional HCM Consultant with specific skills in Time & Labor, Payroll and Absence Management.
- Should possess Time & Labor, Payroll and Absence Management experience with upgrades and new implementations.
- Should have at least two full lifecycle engagements as a PeopleSoft HCM Lead Consultant/Analyst covering both new implementations and upgrades across multiple applications with versions 9.0 and/or 9.1.
- Should be expert level knowledge of PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Payroll and Absence Management.
- Should have extensive understanding and use of structured methodology tools and templates (e.g. requirements gathering; detailed specification generation; test script development/execution; etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Should have the ability to travel to our clients’ sites.
- Should have 5 to 7 years of experience.
