Strong Financial organization with a stable, respected history is looking for a Jr Business Analyst- CRM-Sales & Marketing NYC.
Requirements:
- about 3-5 years of working experience- seeking someone more junior/mid-level who wants to learn and grow to support the Business lines strong liaison with Technology.
- preferably experience from a financial organization
- huge plus to have supported Sales and/or Marketing Business groups….knowledge / use of a CRM important
- open to any use of Methodology to get the analysis done and drive the process eg, Agile, UML etc. (Dev teams are moving more to Agile methodology) MS office skills, ie, VISIO
- any exposure to use of DATA is helpful eg, SQL, EXCEL (but this is a technical role just some understanding )
- any exposure to Sales Force Automation tools is a plus eg, Siebel however, can be trained
- strong writing skills documentation of user requirement
