Responsibilities:
- Support applications in the sales and marketing departments
- Analyze business processes
- Work with end users
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAP CRM
- SFA experience
- 5+ years experience in business system analysis and solution design
- 3+ years experience in SAP CRM sales and marketing
- 3+ years experience application design/development
- Understanding of sales and marketing is required
